Prompt
A FILM PRODUCER BLOCKED ME MID-CONVERSATION OVER THIS SEEDANCE 2.0 CLIP I posted it privately in a group chat. He DM’d one question: “How much did this cost?” I told him the truth. Nothing. One person. Fifteen seconds. A stone dragon the size of a skyscraper breaking through the clouds. Two figures on a cliff watching it rise. Volumetric fog wrapping around carved scales. Light cutting through the clouds behind its head. The opening shot of a fantasy film that doesn’t exist. No studio greenlit it. No concept artist spent six months on the creature. No VFX house rendered it on a server farm for eight weeks. He said a single shot like this would take a team of forty and a $2 million minimum in VFX. For fifteen seconds. I showed him the prompt window. He said “that’s not possible,” then watched it three more times without a word. Last thing before he blocked me: “If this gets out, half my vendor list is dead.” Here’s the part that actually matters A shot like this doesn’t come from a lucky prompt. It comes from deciding the hard things before you generate - scale, atmosphere, and where the eye goes. 1. Scale is a framing choice, not a size slider. The dragon reads as skyscraper-sized because two tiny human figures are standing in frame to measure it against. Remove them and it’s just a big dragon; keep them and it’s an event 2. Atmosphere hides the seams and sells the scale. Volumetric fog wrapping the scales, clouds breaking around the head -the haze is doing half the work, giving the creature depth and letting the imagination fill in what the frame doesn’t show 3. Backlight is what makes it cinematic. Light cutting through the clouds behind the head turns a creature render into a reveal. The silhouette does more than the detail 4. A held moment beats a busy one. Two figures watching, a slow rise, no cut. Stillness is what makes something feel enormous -motion would shrink it Why this matters • The cost collapse is the whole story -a $2 million quote against one person and a subscription, for the same fifteen seconds • The producer’s reaction is the real signal: when someone with a vendor list watches it four times and goes quiet, the gap between “AI clip” and “studio shot” just got uncomfortably small • The barrier that dropped for one person dropped for everyone - which means the edge isn’t access to the tool, it’s knowing what to decide before you hit generate Worth being straight about • One shot is not a film - a stunning fifteen seconds is the easy part, and holding that quality across a whole sequence is where the real work still is • “$2 million, a team of forty” is the pitch, not an invoice -the honest comparison is capability, not an exact figure • A clip this close to real is exactly why the legal and vendor anxiety is showing up -worth taking seriously if you plan to publish His question was “how much did this cost.” The better one was “what did you decide before you hit generate.”
02 / 复刻路径
不要一次改完所有变量
用 Seedance 复刻时,建议先单独生成稳定首帧,再把动作拆成“开始、变化、收束”三段;每段只保留一个主要运动。

模型建议
Seedance / Veo / Kling。先用原始 Prompt 建立基准结果,再根据模型对自然语言、镜头运动或文字排版的能力做局部改写。
